– This week Pastor Ted Wilson discusses chapter eleven of The Great Controversy, “Protest of the Princes,” in which another national assembly, known as “The Diet of Spires” gave each person freedom in matters of religion in 1526. –
This peace did not last long, however, and three years later Reformers were forbidden to share their views even in their own homes. German emperor Charles V summoned a second assembly to convene in the city of Spires with the purpose of extinguishes the heresy for good.
