This week, Pastor Ted Wilson, with his wife, Nancy, discusses Chapter 16 of The Great Controversy, “The Pilgrim Fathers,” in which faithful believers in England, known as Puritans, seek refuge in a place where they can worship freely. Separated from their country and the Church of England, the Puritans banded together to travel to a new land where they could experience religious freedom.
Discover how their newfound freedom actually oppressed others and how Roger Williams arrived in the colonies over a decade later to bring true religious freedom to the New World. The colony he established would go on to become Rhode Island.
